While an advocate of church-state separation certainly appreciates the need for judges to stay out of religious disputes, shouldn't those disputes actually have to do with religious doctrine? An Ohio judge has decided that if a minister steals from his church, the worshippers at that church have no recourse in the courts to go after him.

One more reason not to get tangled up in religion. You can get fleeced, and no one will do anything about it.
